Must be 21 years with a valid ID presented at the time of delivery.

Delivery to driveway or parking area only (we do not climb stairs).

A $50-$200 Deposit is required, depending on the size of the order.

What does delivery entail?

The equipment will be delivered to your driveway. You must be home during delivery to show ID and provide the deposit payment. We do not carry equipment inside, up any stairs or set it up. Set up for an additional fee is available for weddings and other events.
Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled a week prior to delivery will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours of delivery you will be refunded 50% of total amount.
Where do you deliver?

We deliver to Oak Island, Southport, Holden Beach and Sunset Beach. We will deliver to residential homes, rental properties, and companies.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, Zelle, and credit cards.
When are delivery times?

Deliver times are: 9am-11am 1pm-4pm and 4pm-7pm. These are scheduled and confirmed when reserved. Any changes to the date or time need to be communicated and confirmed 24 hours or more before the scheduled delivery time.
Can we pick up items?

We are a delivery only service. However, we can meet you at a designated area and time. This will need to be communicated and confirmed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.
How do I place an order?

Call 919-306-2638, email IslandGamestoGo@gmail.com, or order online (complete cart). We will confirm order and delivery date/time by text or email. We request that you reserve your equipment as soon as you finalize vacation or event to ensure that the items you have requested will be available.
Do you deliver outside of Oak Island?

We will deliver up to 20 miles from Oak Island including Southport Delivery Fees outside of Oak Island, NC : 10 miles from Oak Island, NC: $25.00 11-20 miles from Oak Island, NC : $50.00 ** All deliveries outside of Oak Island must be confirmed within 48 hours of drop off time
How much is the deposit?
